Refund and transfer Policy

Because space in our virtual programs is limited and materials are provided in advance, we do not offer refunds once registration has been completed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to transfer your registration to a future offering of the same program.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Approved transfers may be applied to a future session within six months of the original event date.

Registrations that are not transferred prior to the event will be considered used and are not eligible for transfer or credit.

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the option to transfer to a future session or receive a full refund.
